PAYMENT

1.) All payments will be sent through PAYPAL INVOICE or VENMO in USD
2.) Payment will be upfront and in full. Work will only begin once the payment has gone through.
3.) Refund Policy - 50% back if cancelled during the sketch phase. NO REFUNDS PAST THE SKETCH PHASE. Money will be manually returned rather than filing a chargeback.
4.) NO Pricing negotiations.
5.) Prices will vary depending on characters and/or the pieces complexity.

ART

1.) PLEASE provide a clear reference! Scribbles, Free Bases, and Character Creator pieces are fine! Additional written information about personality would be appreciated, so I know how to properly depict them!
2.) Due to being a full time college student wait times will vary! Though I try my hardest to get things done fast, sometimes IRL issues will cause me to pause my work. The commission may be delayed a few hours to a few weeks. Despite this your commission WILL be completed. I will let you know if this issue arises!
3.) WIPS will be sent during the process!
4.) Please check the chart below for what I WILL and WILL NOT draw!
5.) Commissions cannot be used/minted for NFTs/any other CryptoArt.
6.) I have the right to reject any and all commission requests for any reason (NSFW is an automatic cancellation)

Anything containing : transphobia, homophobia, racism, incest, pedophilia, ETC will result in an automatic cancelation and BAN from further commissioning

AS THE ARTIST

1.) I have the right to post my artwork to my socials (DeviantART/Twitter/Instagram etc.) Of course, proper credit to the character and you will be included! If its a gift, then I will wait until I'm given the ALL CLEAR to post.
2.) Its possible the artwork will be featured in my portfolio and future commission examples!
3.) I have the right to place my watermark where I see fit (im not gonna slap it over your characters face].

AS THE COMMISSIONER YOU CAN

1.) Utilize the piece for non-commerical, personal use!
2.) Upload the piece wherever you see fit AS LONG AS proper credit is given.
3.) Print copies for personal use (framing it, gifting a physical copy etc)

AS THE COMMISSIONER YOU CANNOT

1.) Claim my work as your own.
2.) Sell said piece.
3.) Remove OR crop the watermark.
4.) Alter the piece without my permission.
5.) Unless agreed upon prior, you may NOT use the piece for anything but personal use. Commercial use will result in a BAN from further commissions.
